Local filter

Local (point) filters SFG/SFV type are used for cleaning dust-loaded air with the help of dry method and are mainly used at the elevator complexes, objects of storage, processing and handling of grain.

Local filter

This type filters are installed directly at the places of dust formation on the technological equipment (bucket conveyor, conveyors, hoppers, etc.) horizontally (the SFG type) or vertical (type the SFV) and do not require the connection to a centralized aspiration network.

Filter elements are sleeves or cartridges made from different filter materials depending on the properties of the dust, have quick-disconnect construction which enables their easy replacement.

Cabinet Filter

Cabinet filters PGF-24 type are used primarily at the grain storage and handling objects at the places of direct dust formation. For example, the loading hoppers of off-loading structures.

Thus, modular dust-removal system, consisting of several cabinet filters provides dedusting of dump pit, in place of grain unloading from the car/railway transport, minimizing the grain dust liberation into the environment.

Dusty air arising during grain unloading into the dump pit is sucked by dust extraction system where the dust settles on the filter elements, and the cleaned air flows into the clean air box and go out into the atmosphere by means of the vacuum fan. Grain dust which is formed on the filters sleeves goes back into the transportable product at the moment of the system self-cleaning (regeneration).

Slide gate valve

Slide gate valves SAR type are used primarily at the grain storage and handling objects (elevators).

Slide gate valves is a type of the shut-off devices that are used to open and lock flow pipes of gravitational transport systems of bulk cargo, product release from silos and bunkers, and also as a part of other technological equipment.

Slide gate valves can be either manual or with an electric drive. In the case of a manual drive application there are a steering wheel or a star with chain for remote control are installed. Limit switch components are signalizing about the limit positions of slide gate valves.

Reversing valves

Reversing valves of FSA type are primarily used on storage and grain handling objects (grain elevators) and designed to control unloading / loading of grain and its derivatives by redirecting flows in gravity transport systems.

The reversing valves could be manually controlled as well as electrically operated. By types of construction valves are divided into symmetrical and asymmetrical with different sections and angles of slope.

To increase the sliding strength and useful time the ceramic lining or special grades steel, which took an additional heat treatment, are applied.
